The Twinkle is a Heart Shaped umbrella, from Hello Brolly's own Embellish Range, whose edge is adorned with twinkly diamanté stones, and each umbrella is hand decorated, so no two are ever the same. It's name was inspired by the Twinkle Twinkle rhyme as we all think that this umbrella definitely is a 'Little Star'.
